ROSACEA TRIGGERS ALCOHOL

Rosacea Triggers Alcohol - does drinking alcohol affect your Rosacea?

Walk into any pub or bar, in any city in the world, where hardended drinkers hang out and you will find that many of the patrons have ruddy cheeks and possibly enlarged, red noses.

Do all these drinkers have Rosacea? - probably.

Is their Rosacea caused by drinking? - probably not, but alcohol is obviously a trigger for their Rosacea and they are regurlarly subjecting themselves to one of their triggers.

Again, all Rosaceans are different. Some might react to red wine, while white wine is fine. Others can't tolerate beer - it could be the alcohol or a reaction to the yeast. The consensus seems to be that the purer the alcohol, the better. So, highly distilled spirits like Scotch Whisky and the white spirits like Vodka would have a less affect on your Rosacea.

According to most dieticians and nutritionists I have spoken to, alcohol affects the digestion process in a bad way. As I understand it (and I could have it wrong) it affects the performance of the liver and the kidneys which results in a lot of toxic waste being allowed into the digestion process instead of being eliminated. This has an affect on the immune system and the under performance or over reaction of the immune system reflects in the health of our skin.

Maybe, if we all only drank water, ate only green vegetables and stayed in a dark place and didn't venture into the sun and the outdoors - we would all have beautiful skin - but what kind of a life would we have!

Hi Mike

Thank you for bringing Rosacea Relief cream into my life.

Since using Rosacea relief my skin appeared much calmer after a couple of days.

After two weeks, the flaky skin has cleared and I have no redness.

I started using the cream the night I received it and at first saw little difference .... However within 2 weeks I looked noticeably better.

There is NO doubt in anyone's opinion-family gathering two weeks ago- that my face looks better than it has looked for years and years. (I'll be 48 in 2 months).

I have been using your cream for over a month and the results are quite incredible.

As an eczema sufferer for many years, it has been a challenge to find skin care products that are both appealing and don't irritate my skin condition.
