ROSACEA PRESCRIPTION DRUGS - OR YOU CAN CHOOSE A NATURAL REMEDY

ROSACEA PRESCRIPTION DRUGS - this is what your dermatologist will probably prescribe as a course of treatment if you have been  recently diagnosed with Rosacea.

The prescription might include an oral antibiotic (tablets or pills taken orally)  combined with a topical antibiotic (cream or gel applied to the skin).

Oral antibiotics are normally given in a low dose prescription because they are not prescribed for their anitbiotic properties but rather a side effect which is anti-imflammatory and this helps with the redness and the inflamed papules and pustules.

Because there isn't a cure for Rosacea, these prescription drugs are used to just control the symptoms. I don't know how you feel about this but I would not like to take a long term course of antibiotics - I would much prefer a natural solution, that's why I use (and promote) Rosacea Relief Cream. Click here for more info about the cream.

Many of these rosacea prescription drugs have onerous side effects and you should do your research before using them.

When I was diagnosed with Rosacea, I was put on a course of Doxycycline and Rozex Gel also known as MetroGel. This was at a time when I was weaning myself off 18 years of cortisone cream use, and these drugs didn't help me at all.

A WORD ABOUT CORTISONE CREAMS

Also known as cortico-steroid creams. Many dermatologists prescibe cortisone creams because they are often fast acting and effective. But beware, long term (even short term) use of these creams can severly damage your skin. Click here to read My Story with cortisone.

Isotretinoin (Accutane or Roaccutane) is prescribed for severe acne and is rarely used for the treatment of Rosacea. The side effects of this drug are quite serious and you should do a lot of research before using this drug.

Oral antibiotcs that are prescribed could include tetracycline, minocycline and doxycycline.

Topical creams would include metronidazole (MetroGel or Rozex Gel) and azeliaic acid (Finacea).

Hi Mike

Thank you for bringing Rosacea Relief cream into my life.

Since using Rosacea relief my skin appeared much calmer after a couple of days.

After two weeks, the flaky skin has cleared and I have no redness.

I started using the cream the night I received it and at first saw little difference .... However within 2 weeks I looked noticeably better.

There is NO doubt in anyone's opinion-family gathering two weeks ago- that my face looks better than it has looked for years and years. (I'll be 48 in 2 months).

I have been using your cream for over a month and the results are quite incredible.

As an eczema sufferer for many years, it has been a challenge to find skin care products that are both appealing and don't irritate my skin condition.
